I’m a person who absolutely loves helping people and put that passion into running Day 2 Knight events a full service wedding and event planning business. I help clients with all of the special moments in their lives from weddings to baby showers to birthday parties and beyond.

HOW DID YOU GET INTO WEDDING PLANNING?

I in all honesty was watching the movie “the wedding planner” and watched Jennifer Lopez act as a wedding planner and thought i would love to do that and help people. I have always had a passion for events thus Day 2 Knight events was born.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE PART OF THE JOB?

My favoUrite part of this job is that every event/wedding i work on is different. Yes the main principals are the same but each client brings their unique flavour to their event and i love seeing their vision come to life.

WHAT’S THE BIGGEST LESSON YOU’VE LEARNED, AND WOULD PASS ALONG TO OTHER NEW WEDDING PLANNERS JUST GETTING STARTED?

I have learnt a lot in the almost 7 years in business but the biggest lesson is to take people’s advice, feedback, etc along the way but ultimately go with your gut and don’t be afraid to be different and set yourself apart from the rest.
