During the week of March I planned a last minute trip to enjoy one of Canada’s most popular tourist areas- Niagara Falls. It wasn’t my first time there, but there were numerous things I wanted to do while on vacation and I knew one day wouldn’t be enough. I began my hotel search on Google- “best Niagara Falls hotels”, “best hotel in Niagara Falls”, “Jacuzzi Suites”, and so on. Finding a hotel is tricky business, especially in a tourist area where there are so many hotels to choose from. On New Years Day I had also stayed in Niagara Falls for 1 night (again a last minute decision) and decided I would give that hotel a call to see if they were booked. Luckily for me they had 2 suites left. This is my review of my two-night stay at Radisson Hotel and Suites Fallsview, Niagara Falls Ontario.
Parking and Valet– 5.0 / 5.0
My first stop at the ‘Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview’ was the above ground parking where I was greeted by two friendly valet staff that were more than accommodating. They continued to be friendly and accommodating for the rest of my stay. The two gentlemen that I dealt with were fast and efficient, but were also personable and remembered me each time I asked to have my vehicle retrieved from valet parking.
Check-In / Check-Out / Front Desk– 5.0 / 5.0
After receiving great service from the valet at the Radisson, I was greeted by a front desk staff member, who was pleasant and ready to help. Although I had only called to book 10 minutes prior to arriving at the hotel and with only 2 suites left, the staff member checked me in and remembered me from my past stay on New Years. I was upgraded to the top floor, king Jacuzzi suite/ “penthouse”. Throughout my stay the front desk staff were very quick to answer any requests and bring anything I needed to my room. Much like the check-in at the Radisson Hotel and Suites my check-out also was fast and efficient.
The Room– 5.0 / 5.0
After my cheerful welcome and check-in at the Radisson Niagara Falls I headed to my room to unpack and check the cleanliness of the Jacuzzi suite. After examining all parts of the room, including the couch, bed, shower, and Jacuzzi, it was obvious the room had been cleaned thoroughly meeting my expectations. The king suite featured a two person Jacuzzi with a view of the falls, a separate shower, flat screen TV, and a sleep number bed with a breath taking view of the Canadian Niagara falls.
Rest of the Radisson Hotel and Suites Fallsview- 5.0 / 5.0
The Radisson Niagara Falls is the perfect place for families or couples. With in room Wi-Fi, an indoor pool, and fitness center. With the added bonus of being only minutes away from the falls, the Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview in my opinion, is the best hotel in Niagara Falls.
